APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Scheduling a treatment requires that staff time be reserved along with the technology that will be used to perform the treatment and a treatment room to perform it in.


 We strive to accommodate all appointments with little advance scheduling notice, but at times there is a wait due to lack of availability in our calendar.


In the event you cannot make an appointment for any reason advance notice will often allow us to offer the booking  spot to another person.


Any treatment may be cancelled and rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.


Cancellations with less than 24  hours notice will be subject to a fee of $50 per hour  treatment time that your procedure was scheduled t o require.


This medical spa 's fee will be charged to a client’s  account to be collected before the next treatment can be booked.


Failure to show up for  your appointment without notice will e classified as a direct no show and will be subject to  a $50 fee.


Please refrain from bringing young children to the center, if they are not able to sit independently, as MedSkin does not have a receptionist available to assist with the needs of your children while you are in your appointment


PARKING


Please  park in the designated parking stall that say MEDSKIN LASER CENTER.


STERILIZATION


Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and and treatment. 


REFUNDS


No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. 


REFERRALS


 We appreciate you sharing your positive  experience with your friends and family. $50 Referral gift will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from their first visit at MedSkin Laser Center.


GUARANTEE


Please be advised that though good results are expected, there can be NO guarantee either expressed or implied as to the results of any treatment. We have no control of circumstances, diet and health of our clients once they leave the treatment room.


LATE POLICY


Should you come late to your appointment, your treatment time may be cut down to make sure the next appointment after you is not impacted negatively.
